Improve Your Health


It is very important factor is being active and exercising for a short period of time everyday. Even if it consist of taking walks, doing things around the house such as raking leaves, mowing, cleaning, and etc... Even if you work out 15 minutes of the day it's better than not working out all. Working out getting your heart to work harder than normal can improve it and function better, and reduce future heart problems and issues. Keeping your heart health is the most important aspect you should focus on.Sleep for the human brain is very important and helps our memory and learning process. . There are 3 stages of sleep that you brain goes through. All of the stages of sleep and sleeping is controlled by the brain.
No. 1. During this stage of sleep the body temperature actually decreases and heart rate begins to slow. This is preparing you for the deepest part of sleep. Your brain begins to produce rhythmic brain waves known as sleep spindles and this is to get your brain in a rhythm that allows you to fall deeper asleep.
No.2. These two stages are together because they are essentially the same thing. During these stages, the brain produces different brain waves that allow you to fall deeper asleep. It is during this deep sleep that people can sleep walk.
No.3. This is the beginning of the sleep cycle and it is considered to be the light part of sleep. This is right before you fall asleep you begin to feel drowsy and tired. This is a result of your brain releasing a chemical called melatonin. This is responsible for making you feel drowsy and tired. This stage can last anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
